Join the team at Djibouti Palace Kempinski as a Sales Manager!As a Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in achieving our hotel targets by optimizing revenues through an assigned account base while also prospecting new clients in dynamic markets. Your performance will be measured based on revenue goals and your ability to manage and grow key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage key accounts and ensure revenue maximization.
- Prospect new accounts and conduct site inspections.
- Detailed knowledge of competitor services and hotel offerings.
- Follow corporate SOPs and ensure timely client contracting.
- Assist in defining an annual sales action plan and preparing the budget.
- Attend trade shows and workshops to promote the hotel.
- Document all sales actions and update databases regularly.
Requirements:- University graduate or higher education in Hotel Management.
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a sales position within a 45-star hotel.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
- Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
