- Respond to inquiries regarding room rates and availability.
- Manage reservation requests using effective communication skills.
- Process deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Handle special requests and document them efficiently.
- Understand the relationship between the Reservations department and other hotel departments.
- Monitor inventory management and room availability.
- Explain guarantee and cancellation policies to guests.
- Utilize sales techniques to maximize room bookings.
- Participate in task forces for new property openings.
