Join The First Group Hospitality as a Barista!As a Barista at our premier location at Silver Sands Beach in Jeddah, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages while delivering exceptional guest service. Your role will involve:
- Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and standards.
- Providing attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
- Accurately taking customer orders and handling cash or point-of-sale transactions efficiently.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
- Ensuring proper use and maintenance of coffee machines and related equipment.
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory control.
- Responding to guest inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications:We prefer candidates with previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role. You should have:
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- A professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
