Role Overview:
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of group-wide marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, support business goals, and ensure consistent positioning across the holding and its operating companies. The ideal candidate has a strong marketing background with proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, campaign planning, and market analysis.

Responsibilities:

Develop and own the group-wide marketing strategy and translate it into tailored plans for each subsidiary.
Build annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps covering campaigns, channels, timelines, budgets, and KPIs per company.
Lead brand management for the holding and subsidiaries including brand guidelines and reputation management.
Define target segments and oversee market research and competitive analysis.
Execute integrated campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Manage performance marketing and oversee content strategy and production.
Manage the group’s digital presence including analytics, SEO, and marketing automation.
Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to generate qualified leads and improve funnel performance.
Measure and monitor marketing performance and ROI.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget.
Drive event and exhibition planning.
Build and manage external relationships with agencies and media.
Lead internal stakeholder alignment with cross-functional teams.
Manage and develop the marketing team.
Ensure compliance with brand and legal requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 2 in a leadership role.
Proven track record in executing marketing strategies with measurable impact.
Strong analytical skills and experience in performance reporting.
Expertise in digital marketing channels and campaign optimization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams.
High ownership mindset and strong project management skills.
