نحن نبحث عن محاسب مُعتمد للانضمام إلى فريقنا في شركة بنان البيوت للمقاولات العامة.

في هذه الوظيفة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن إعداد وتنظيم مستندات الصرف، متابعة تحصيل الإيرادات، وتوثيقها وتحليلها. كما ستقوم بإعداد القيود المحاسبية وتسجيل العمليات المالية، بالإضافة إلى تدقيق حسابات البنوك وإعداد التسويات اللازمة. ستعد التقارير والوثائق المتعلقة بالنفقات والإيرادات وتحفظها بطريقة منظمة.

المهام الرئيسية:
  • تدقيق المطالبات المالية وضمان اكتمال شروطها القانونية.
  • إعداد وتنظيم وتوثيق مستندات الصرف ومتابعة تدقيقها وإجازتها من الجهات الرقابية.
  • مراقبة النفقات وفق الموازنة وإعداد الموقف المالي والخلاصات الشهرية.
  • تطوير أساليب وإجراءات المحاسبة لمواكبة التقدم العلمي والتقني.
  • إعداد الوثائق والتقارير المتخصصة في محاسبة النفقات والإيرادات وحفظها.

المتطلبات:
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال المحاسبة.
  • شهادة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو إدارة الأعمال أو الإدارة المالية.
  • شهادات مهنية مثل CPA أو CFA أو SOCPA تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

المهارات:
  • إتقان عمليات المحاسبة والمراجعة المالية.
  • مهارات تحليلية قوية وإعداد تقارير مالية دقيقة.
  • براعة في استخدام برامج المحاسبة.
