Role Overview:As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business development and sales within the fabrication, valves, and industrial manufacturing sector. This role includes developing relationships with strategic customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development & Sales:
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with customers (*, Aramco, SEC).
- Prepare and submit quotations and technical–commercial offers.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Technical Support:
- Interpret RFQs and communicate technical specifications.
- Provide technical advice and support during product testing.
- Customer Management:
- Conduct client visits and address inquiries.
- Maintain an updated customer database.
- Pricing & Negotiation:
- Develop pricing strategies based on market conditions.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Ensure timely submission of sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in industrial sales.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering drawings and materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
