Join Our Exciting Team as a Barista at Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts!
Swissôtel Hotels & Resorts is known for its excellence in hospitality and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing Coffee and Beverages: Brew espresso and prepare a variety of coffee drinks (*, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos). Make other beverages such as teas, smoothies, and cold brews. Follow recipes and maintain consistency in drink preparation.
• Customer Service: Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and professional manner. Offer product suggestions and answer questions about the menu. Handle customer complaints and concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment to ensure proper functioning. Keep the work area tidy and organized.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and alert management when supplies are running low. Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
• Other Duties: May be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous service experience is an asset.
• Ability to interact positively with customers, take orders, and provide excellent service.
• Consistently making high-quality drinks and ensuring accuracy in orders.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
