Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website, ensuring product listings, pricing, and promotions are updated and effectively displayed.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns to enhance customer acquisition and retention.
- Optimize user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) to ensure a seamless shopping journey and maximize conversion rates.
- Lead initiatives for order fulfillment, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct regular assessments of key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop insightful reports to understand sales trends and website performance.
Requirements:- Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce management.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal formats.
- Familiarity with the Zed platform is preferred but not required.
