Role Overview:
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities for construction materials, equipment, and services, ensuring that they are cost-effective and timely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies in alignment with project and company goals.
  • Manage the complete procurement cycle: sourcing, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and awarding contracts.
  • Analyze BOQs, specifications, and drawings to determine procurement needs.
  • Establish and maintain supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts for optimal price and quality.
  • Ensure timely material and service delivery.
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve quality or delay issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align procurement with project budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
  • Make strategic decisions to enhance company profitability.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management/Logistics.
  • 15 years of procurement experience, including 5 in a managerial role within construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials and market prices in Saudi Arabia.
  • Solid understanding of procurement procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office.
  • Valid Driving License (mandatory).
