In this exciting role, you will promote and sell John Crane products and services while working to meet and exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing customer contracts and serving as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.
  • Pursuing sales leads and conducting regular customer visits to assess their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical and commercial support.
  • Preparing and coordinating technical and commercial quotations.
  • Promoting John Crane technologies and service solutions across all KSA accounts.
  • Supporting tender reviews and collaborating with internal teams to define pricing.
  • Conducting customer training and assisting with troubleshooting at customer sites.
  • Coordinating logistics and managing all account activities through the CRM system.
  • Gathering and sharing market intelligence and customer feedback.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
  • 3+ years’ experience in technical sales within multinational or multicultural environments.
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Job Summary

  • Monitor actual expenditures against approved budgets, including detailed tracking of project/CAPEX costs and analysis of variances
  • Prepare actual monthly financial reports, including forecasts and variance analysis comparing actual results against budgeted figures
  • Review and submit quarterly VAT to ensure VAT submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Able to collaborate effectively with different depts
  • Hands-on to lead by example or coach the team
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
