We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist (Tamheer Program) to join our Human Resources team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on HR experience within a professional and structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee records and documentation
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as CV screening and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Assist with HR reports, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with internal departments on HR-related matters

Requirements:
  • Saudi national (Tamheer eligibility required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Fresh graduate or limited professional experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
