Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!
At Dar wa Emaar, we are committed to community development and urban planning, and we are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support our marketing team.

Role Overview:
Your primary responsibilities will include managing purchase requests and orders related to marketing activities, maintaining budget and invoice records, and tracking project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and manage Purchase Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Maintain accurate records of budgets, invoices, and payment statuses.
  • Manage the centralized marketing calendar and track campaign timelines and milestones.
  • Coordinate between team members for smooth workflow and communication.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Higher in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative positions.
