Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a critical role in supporting our project teams and contributing to our mission of delivering sustainable change.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist project teams with document preparation and formatting using company templates, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Prepare minutes of meetings for Project Managers and Functional Leads.
  • Coordinate project events and facilitate inductions.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and general administration duties.
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and catering orders.
  • Maintain project database spreadsheets and ensure they are up to date.
  • Provide team members with project-related information and assist in research as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to operate in a team environment with minimum supervision.
  • Familiarity with engineering background is advantageous.
