Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will undertake various administrative duties that require professional proficiency and organizational skills. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing general office tasks such as typing, filing, and distributing reports.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
  • Handling correspondence and maintaining contract files.
  • Liaising with other departments regarding office management.
  • Compiling information and preparing reports as directed.
  • Supporting departmental projects and collaborating with management.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Office Management, Business, or a related field. You should have:
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in office management.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and document control abilities.
