- Coordinating travel arrangements and preparing expense reports.
- Handling correspondence and maintaining contract files.
- Liaising with other departments regarding office management.
- Compiling information and preparing reports as directed.
- Supporting departmental projects and collaborating with management.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Office Management, Business, or a related field. You should have:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in office management.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and document control abilities.
