Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve the perfect cup of coffee, lattes, and other specialty coffee drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area.
  • Train and support team members in coffee preparation and presentation.
  • Respond to guest feedback and ensure a memorable experience.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Maintain inventory and equipment used for beverage service.
  • Work collaboratively with a team to ensure smooth operations.
