General Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative with excellent communication skills to join our brand team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer calls, emails, and inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Handling customer complaints and providing quick and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Guiding customers and providing accurate information about products and services.
  • Scheduling appointments and following up on orders according to company procedures.
  • Documenting customer interactions and updating their records in the database.
  • Collaborating with other departments flexibly.
  • Adhering to customer service standards and achieving specified performance goals.
  • Submitting daily and monthly reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customers under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
  • Politeness, patience, and a collaborative spirit.
