General Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service representative with excellent communication skills to join our brand team.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer calls, emails, and inquiries through various communication channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
- Handling customer complaints and providing quick and effective solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
- Guiding customers and providing accurate information about products and services.
- Scheduling appointments and following up on orders according to company procedures.
- Documenting customer interactions and updating their records in the database.
- Collaborating with other departments flexibly.
- Adhering to customer service standards and achieving specified performance goals.
- Submitting daily and monthly reports
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customers under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office programs, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Politeness, patience, and a collaborative spirit.
