Job Description
Job Title: Hotel Reception Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Supervising reception staff and directing them to ensure outstanding customer service.
- Staff Training: Training and developing team skills to ensure compliance with service standards.
- Guest Reception: Welcoming guests and providing necessary assistance during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Operational Coordination: Managing check-in and check-out processes accurately and quickly, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Problem Solving: Addressing complaints and issues professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Booking Management: Monitoring the booking system and ensuring the accuracy of reservations, making adjustments as necessary.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Working with room service and cleaning teams to ensure a comfortable experience for guests.
- Reporting: Preparing daily reports on office performance and guest movement.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and leadership ability.
- Ability to handle pressure and effectively manage time.
- Advanced knowledge of computer fundamentals.
- Previous experience in hospitality or management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent English language skills.
