Join Our Team as an Executive Assistant!

We are looking for a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide vital support to the Director of Teaching and Learning at the ISG District Office. This full-time position is essential for managing strategic initiatives and daily operations within our teaching and learning framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support child protection initiatives and maintain safety and security protocols.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing office filing systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrators, employees, parents, and external partners.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Assist in planning events and managing relationships with consultants and vendors.
  • Contribute to decision-making processes and evaluate departmental programs.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience as an executive or personal assistant, and supervising staff is preferred.

Skills Required:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.

This position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Saudi Arabia, and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. The anticipated start date is August 132025.
