Key Responsibilities:
  • CEO’s Strategic Support: Orchestrate end-to-end schedule including travel, meetings, and conferences.
  • Document & Workflow Excellence: Draft CEO correspondence, manage sensitive documents, and support presentation preparation.
  • Office Operations: Maintain supplies inventory and ensure equipment functionality.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with external partners and internal teams to streamline workflows.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting C-suite/executives, preferably in a tech or fast-paced industry.
  • Proficiency in calendar management and stakeholder communication.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and drives efficiency.
