الوصف الوظيفي:
سوف تشارك في تطوير الأهداف الرئيسية للإدارة المالية، والإشراف المباشر على أنشطة إدارة وتخطيط وتنظيم الأعمال المحاسبية والمالية. تشمل واجباتك:
  • تطوير وتنفيذ الخطط والبرامج لتحقيق الأهداف المالية.
  • ضمان تنفيذ الأنظمة المالية وتطوير الاستراتيجيات المالية.
  • تCoordination مع الوحدات التنظيمية الأخرى وتحديد احتياجاتها المالية.
  • الإشراف على إعداد التقارير المالية وتحليل الحسابات.

المؤهلات:
  • بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو المحاسبة أو الإدارة المالية.
  • زمالة الهيئة السعودية للمحاسبين القانونيين (SOCPA) مفضل.
  • الخبرة العملية: سنة واحدة على الأقل.

المهارات:
  • عمليات المحاسبة / المراجعة المالية.
  • تصميم واحتساب الميزانيات.
  • إعداد التقارير المالية.

اللغة: العربية والإنجليزية متقدمة.

Job Summary


The financial manager oversees all financial operations related to the company’s activities in the hospitality and restaurant sector, including budget preparation, financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and leading the financial team with a focus on cost control and strategic financial planning.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing daily financial operations for the hospitality and restaurant branches
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Preparing and managing budgets, monitoring variances, and taking corrective actions
  • Ensuring compliance with Saudi financial regulations, including zakat and VAT
  • Leading and guiding the accounting team
  • Analyzing branch profitability and suggesting improvement methods
  • Collaborating with senior management on financial strategy and future forecasts

 

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial or accounting roles in the hospitality and restaurant sector, with two years in a leadership position.
  • Strong familiarity with financial reporting standards (IFRS or GAAP)
  • Proficient in financial systems and Excel programs
  • Knowledge of tax and financial regulations in the Kingdom
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
