We're seeking a dynamic HR Officer to enhance our team and support key HR functions. In this role, you will help drive a high-performance and fair work environment while managing essential HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with performance appraisal processes
  • Support compensation reviews and benefits administration
  • Maintain accurate employee and HR records
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and performance-related actions

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s in HR or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
