Role Overview:
You will report directly to the Shift Leader and play a key role in executing efficient production operations through skilled machine operation and strict monitoring of machine conditions to meet product quality and production plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Extruder Operation:
    • Operate Extruder machines as per operation procedures.
    • Monitor and record Extruder parameters during production.
    • Report abnormalities related to the Extruder to your superior.
    • Ensure quality and output targets are met.
  • Bagging Operation:
    • Operate Bagging machines as per operation procedures.
    • Record daily packed outputs during production.
    • Report abnormalities related to Bagging machines to your superior.
    • Verify issued packaging materials for production.
  • Raw Material Loading Operation:
    • Handle raw materials as per operation procedures.
    • Record preparation and loading activities during production.
    • Report abnormalities related to raw material handling equipment to your superior.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2nd Year college level or Vocational/Technical Course graduate.
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Good background in Extruder operation.
  • Basic computer skills preferred.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 kg.
  • Willingness to work shifting schedules.
  • Strong attention to product quality.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ability to prepare professional presentations and basic office visuals.
