As a Reservations Agent, you will be the main contact for room reservations at Hilton hotels. Your role is crucial in offering excellent customer service and influencing guests' decisions to stay at our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Convert inquiries into contracted business quickly.
  • Respond positively to sales inquiries to develop future sales leads.
  • Ensure all reservations are completed accurately and meet guests' expectations.
  • Provide prompt and efficient service while maintaining the hotel's brand standards.
