As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing the assigned outlet as a successful independent profit center while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. You will operate within budget and contribute to the financial success of the outlet according to Hyatt International standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage outlet operations to meet the concept and standards established by the brand.
  • Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction through effective leadership and management.

Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree, apprenticeship, or diploma in Hospitality or Restaurant Management.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager in a hotel or large restaurant.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
