Job Purpose

Managing and implementing operational strategies and achieving performance objectives in assigned tasks

The region, ensuring the highest levels of service and sales quality

Main Responsibilities

Supervising all branches within his region, periodically developing action plans that align with sales targets, conducting regional and sales analyses, and evaluating results to improve operational processes within the region.

Monitoring sales daily within the branches and devising plans and mechanisms to assist in improving them.

Reviewing sales reports sent to the finance department and addressing any related issues with the concerned departments until they are resolved.

Visiting the branches periodically and ensuring that each branch adheres to the necessary standards to achieve the required goals

Providing support to the branches in case of staff shortages by transferring employees from other branches within the region to the branch and informing the human resources department accordingly.

Coordinating with branch staff regarding all updates related to the operations department concerning product processing standards and their relevance, ensuring that all branch employees are aware of and comply with them.

Following up on reports with the maintenance team regarding issues related to the branch.

Nominating employees for competitions offered by the company according to the specific criteria for each position.

Continuously developing the team and coordinating with the training department to improve operational performance of employees.

Preparing operational reports for the branches within the region.

Requires 2-5 Years experience
Intermediate in English
