Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
• Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead training and awareness programs to promote a strong HSE culture.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in HSE management, preferably in oil and gas.
• Strong knowledge of HSE laws, ISO standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.

Join Alkhorayef Petroleum Company as an Environment, Health, and Safety Manager! We are a leading Global Oil & Gas Service company seeking a dynamic individual to strengthen our health and safety initiatives in a manufacturing environment.

Purpose: The role aims to provide a fully integrated Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality function to management while fostering a culture of excellence in these areas.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

• Establish and manage the HSE organization structure to adequately support operations.
• Plan and prepare the annual HSE department budget.
• Conduct HSE performance reviews and ensure compliance with the APC HSE management system along with applicable laws and standards.
• Lead the development of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans and conduct drills for readiness.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the HSE management system.
• Lead annual inspections and participate in external HSE audits.
• Maintain the site’s Risk Register and ensure all risk assessments are updated and communicated.
• Engage in HSE projects and continuously enhance our strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in multicultural environments, preferably with ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 certifications.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety and ISO certifications are required.

• Build strong relationships and maintain constant communication with potential clients.
• Submit daily reports on new and potential clients through the CRM application and update existing client statuses.
• Attend daily meetings and submit required reports to management.
• Carry out any other duties assigned within the scope of the role.

Job Requirements:

• Full-time availability.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales.
• A valid residency permit with at least one year remaining.
• Own a personal car.
