Worley is a global professional services company specializing in energy, chemicals, and resources. We seek an HSE Manager who will be integral in developing and implementing HSE policies and programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead training and awareness programs to promote a strong HSE culture.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure timely reporting.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in HSE management, preferably in oil and gas.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE laws, ISO standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are preferred.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Establish and manage the HSE organization structure to adequately support operations.
  • Plan and prepare the annual HSE department budget.
  • Conduct HSE performance reviews and ensure compliance with the APC HSE management system along with applicable laws and standards.
  • Lead the development of Emergency Preparedness and Response Plans and conduct drills for readiness.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities are essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety and ISO certifications are required.
