Role Overview:
This full-time, on-site Sales Assistant role based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, involves supporting the sales team through client coordination, document preparation, and internal follow-ups. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth customer experience and may require occasional travel to client sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for client communication and coordination
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations, proposals, and documentation
- Organize and maintain sales files, trackers, and CRM records
- Coordinate client meetings, site visits, and internal sales activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to support service delivery
- Assist with local travel planning and logistics for client-related visits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 02 years of experience in sales support, administration, or client-facing roles
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to travel locally when needed
- Experience in industrial or B2B environments is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM or project tracking tools is a plus
