At AsasAlJood, we are seeking a driven and technically strong Project Sales Engineer to become a vital part of our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our project sales activities while building strong client relationships across assigned accounts and sectors.

At AsasAlJood, we are seeking a driven and technically strong Project Sales Engineer to become a vital part of our growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our project sales activities while building strong client relationships across assigned accounts and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Market Development:
- Identify and develop new project opportunities.
- Conduct regular client visits and technical discussions.
- Monitor RFQs and support opportunity qualification.
- Maintain CRM updates and manage sales pipeline.
- Proposal Preparation & Technical Support:
- Review technical requirements and prepare compliance documents.
- Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and clients for quotations.
- Prepare cost calculations and techno-commercial proposals.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of proposals.
- Commercial Support:
- Assist in pricing and margin analysis.
- Support negotiation preparation.
- Follow up on submitted quotations.
- Handle technical and commercial clarifications.
- Internal Coordination:
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and service teams.
- Support smooth handover of awarded projects.
- Track order progress and client feedback.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field (PMP is a plus).
- 3–6 years of experience in technical sales (preferably rotating equipment/industrial services).
- Proficiency in project lifecycle management and technical understanding relevant to industrial equipment and solutions.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Fluency in Arabic & English.
- Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively.
