Role Overview:
As a Senior Sales Executive - Retail at Jotun, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our Decorative Products to both new and existing customers. This role involves utilizing effective sales techniques to develop strong customer relationships and maximize profitability. You'll work under the guidance of the Area Sales Manager while focusing on increasing Jotun's market share in Dammam.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Introduce and sell decorative products to allocate customers through regular visits and marketing activities.
  • Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Increase the retail network and secure small to medium maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate retail information to manage critical business stages.

Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in Retail Sales & Business Development.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
