- Identifying and qualifying potential leads through market research and targeted outreach.
- Proactively reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to generate interest and schedule meetings.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Presenting and promoting the Company’s services to clients, emphasizing value propositions aligned with their specific needs.
- Closing sales deals to achieve individual and team revenue targets.
- Conducting regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that generate leads and build the sales pipeline.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of Company's services and tailoring messaging to address client needs and pain points.
- Updating and managing the CRM system with accurate and timely information on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborating with the Head of Sales to create and implement regional sales strategies.
- Preparing and delivering reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in sales and lead generation, preferably in B2B or service industries.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in sales-related software.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of the Saudi market; experience in the laundry or service industry is a plus.
