We are seeking a HR Specialist who possesses strong organizational skills and a passion for developing a positive work environment. This role is vital in supporting daily HR operations and ensuring the efficient implementation of policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage all daily HR operations including recruitment, training, employee files, and payroll.
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, terminations, and all legal HR operations.
  • Coordinate recruitment processes: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication.
  • Follow up on onboarding procedures for new employees and orientation programs.
  • Manage attendance records, monitor leaves, and address policy violations.
  • Support annual performance evaluations and regular goal tracking.
  • Participate in developing HR policies and internal work regulations.
  • Enhance company culture and improve employee experience.
  • Communicate effectively with employees to resolve issues and provide administrative support.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and performance indicators.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR.
  • Good knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
  • High communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Able to problem-solve, make decisions, and work under pressure.
