About the Job:
As a Human Resources Officer at SANKYU Saudi Arabia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records. This position requires you to handle various HR functions including managing disciplinary actions, generating HR-related reports, and addressing employee queries regarding HR issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in disciplinary actions.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports (attendance, HRIS, etc.).
  • Manage the new employee process, including GOSI, medical insurance, and Qiwa.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure completion of termination paperwork.
  • Process HR transactions like transfer letters and payment requests.
  • Audit HR transactions processed by HRBPs.

Technical Skills Required:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and create insightful reports.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and provide best practice solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar.
  • 3 years of relevant experience in HR.
  • Preferred: SHRM-CP, CIPD, or other relevant certifications.
