  • Notify the QC Manager regarding the calibration status of measuring or testing instruments requiring external calibration, ensuring timely recalibration according to planned frequencies.
  • Raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) for any discrepant items identified at each inspection stage and follow up with the QC Manager for their prompt closure.
  • Undertake all necessary activities to achieve the quality objectives set for the QA/QC Department.
  • Prepare comprehensive QC reports for all completed job orders.
  • Ensure that the calibration status of in-house measuring and testing instruments is consistently maintained and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • A Mechanical Engineering degree or Diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a QC inspection role.
