Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all branch operations including engineering, administration, and business development activities
• Oversee project delivery, resource allocation, and branch performance targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and local regulations
• Develop strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and government entities
• Monitor branch financial performance, budgets, and profitability
• Coordinate with head office departments to align branch operations with company strategy
• Drive business growth, market presence, and client satisfaction within the branch region
• Manage and mentor branch staff to maintain high professional standards

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in engineering consultancy or construction-related environments
• Previous experience in a leadership or branch management role is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of engineering project workflows and consultancy operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is highly preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Valid driving license with willingness to travel.

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer in wood factories, joinery, fit-out, or custom woodwork.
