Gulf Basic Trading Company is seeking a Counter Salesman cum Showroom Incharge to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position within our Building Materials Showroom.

The Role

The ideal candidate will manage the daily operations of the showroom while actively handling counter sales and ensuring high standards of customer service. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of various construction materials, plumbing, electrical, tools, civil, and mechanical products to effectively support customer needs and coordinate inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily showroom operations independently.
• Handle counter sales and assist customers with product inquiries.
• Provide excellent customer service to all showroom visitors.
• Coordinate and manage inventory within the showroom.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in building materials or hardware sales.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, plumbing, electrical, tools, civil, and mechanical products.

Essential Skills

• Strong communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage a showroom independently and efficiently.
• Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of billing systems.
