We at Telecom Company are looking for Customer Service employees (men and women) to work in the Eastern Region. This is a great opportunity to join a distinguished team in providing the best services to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Interact with customers and provide support to them.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Record customer notes and their procedures in the system.

Requirements:

  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and manage time efficiently.
  • Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred.
