We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Executive Secretary to support senior leadership at NOK Human Capital. Job Summary
The Executive Secretary will provide high-level administrative and personal assistant support, overseeing calendar management, complex travel arrangements, and meeting coordination. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office will be crucial as you prepare reports and presentations, ensuring operations run smoothly for our executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars: scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing meetings across time zones; preparing briefs and agendas.
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel including flights, visas, accommodation, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary contact between executives and stakeholders; screening calls and correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and proofread reports and presentations using Microsoft tools.
  • Track action items, deadlines, and ensure timely execution of tasks.
  • Organize logistics for board and leadership meetings.
  • Maintain confidential files and documents meticulously.
  • Assist with general PA tasks including expenses and document processing.

Key Requirements
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrable experience in executive support roles with calendar management skills.
  • Experience in domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Strong report drafting and formatting abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience supporting C-level executives.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Integrity and discretion in managing sensitive information.
  • Familiarity with Arabic is an advantage.
  • Experience with video conferencing tools.
