Join Our Team as a Van Salesman!

Are you passionate about sales and building customer relationships? At Falcon Group of Companies, we are looking for a dedicated Van Salesman to sell and deliver our products directly to customers using a company vehicle. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy fieldwork and have a knack for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the company van and visit assigned routes and customers daily.
  • Sell company products and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Ensure proper display and availability of products at customer outlets.
  • Take orders, issue invoices, and collect payments as per company policy.
  • Deliver products safely and on time to customers.
  • Maintain accurate sales, stock, and collection records.
  • Monitor stock levels in the van and request replenishment when required.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely feedback to management.
  • Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of the company van.
  • Follow all traffic rules and company safety guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Minimum high school education.
  • Valid UAE driving license (Manual preferred).
  • Previous experience as a Van Salesman, preferably in FMCG.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling.
  • Physically fit and able to load/unload goods.
  • Familiarity with local routes and markets.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Sales and customer service skills.
  • Time management and route planning.
  • Basic math and record-keeping.
  • Honest, reliable, and self-motivated.

Work Environment:
  • Field-based role with long driving hours and outdoor work.
  • Requires lifting and handling of goods.
