As a leading low-cost airline in the Middle East and North Africa, Air Arabia is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. In this role, you will serve as an ambassador for the airline, enhancing customers' experience by ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and Safety Measures: Ensure punctual attendance and proper grooming. Instruct passengers on safety procedures and administer first aid when necessary.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with check-ins, pre-bookings, and requests, while effectively handling any arising issues.
• Pre-Flight and Post-Flight Duties: Conduct pre-flight checks of supplies and equipment, and ensure thorough cleaning of the aircraft after each flight.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Higher Secondary Certificate; a diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus.
- Training in First Aid and Emergency Procedures is advantageous.
- Good health and fitness to fly.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, although previous experience in customer service or as cabin crew is a plus.
