As a leading smart energy solutions provider, CHINT is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices within our manufacturing facility located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

About the Role:
The HR Manager will play a critical role in leading our HR & Admin team, ensuring the implementation of company strategy and enhancing employee engagement. You will foster a positive workplace culture and develop strategies to attract and retain skilled workers.

Duties & Responsibilities include:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and operational standards.
  • Conduct safety audits and implement safety training.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
