Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Arabic.

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Manager based in Al Corniche, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. You will play a vital role in developing and implementing effective HR policies while enhancing our workforce planning and associate satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the HR team to create and implement effective staffing and learning strategies.
• Plan and direct HR management efforts, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Monitor and report on HR issues and development plans.
• Train and develop employees while liaising with functional heads to meet HR objectives.
• Contribute to the evaluation and development of HR strategy and performance.

Job Purpose:
To manage and implement Human Resources functions effectively, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while supporting organizational goals through talent management and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Manage the recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, and hiring).
• Prepare, renew, and terminate employment contracts in compliance with labor laws.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
• Manage payroll-related activities, allowances, deductions, and leave records.
• Monitor attendance, discipline, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and related regulations.
• Coordinate with government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, Balady, chamber of commerce, Saudi Business Center).
• Support performance evaluation processes and employee development plans.
• Prepare HR reports and submit them to management.

Qualifications:
