We are partnered with a leading FMCG business in Saudi Arabia that is actively recruiting for an HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for setting the HR policies and procedures, shaping company culture, and developing employee programs to lead the HR function effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align all HR activities with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for the Dammam office.
  • Oversee daily HR operations, facilitating teamwork and maintaining high performance standards.
  • Lead recruitment process including screening applications, interviewing, and finalizing contracts.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on performance management and manpower requirements.
  • Ensure timely execution of payroll and manage HR-related administrative services.

Key Ingredients:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a managerial position.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills required.

This position is exclusively open to Saudi nationals in line with Saudization regulations. Candidates who meet the requirements will be contacted for further interviews.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
