Almutlaq Group, a distinguished investment holding company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is looking for an HR Specialist to join our subsidiary in Dammam. With over 60 years of delivering high-quality products and services, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and family values.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily HR operations to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Process employee payroll accurately and timely.
  • Maintain employee records and handle various administrative tasks.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Technical Skills:
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and payroll systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and HR software is an advantage.

Other Requirements:
  • Good organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
