Introduction: A restaurant company is looking for an HR Specialist to join its team in Dammam. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in human resources management and the ability to deal with government entities and electronic platforms.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage human resources operations and deal with various government entities.
  • Prepare payroll accurately according to specified standards.
  • Provide support to employees regarding administrative matters and routine operations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and the company's internal policies.

Requirements:
  • Nationality: Saudi.
  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in human resources or business administration.
  • Experience in dealing with government entities and electronic platforms such as social insurance, Qiwa, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Muqeem.
  • Comprehensive understanding of labor laws and internal regulations.
