About the Role

Musco Lighting is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role serves as a key member of the HR department, focusing on day-to-day HR operations, talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, and government portal administration. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of Saudi labor regulations and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, transfers, contract renewals, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts, letters, and employee certifications.
• Support payroll administration by ensuring accurate maintenance of employee data, attendance, leave, and compensation changes.
• Assist with employee relations matters and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across Saudi Arabia, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop strategies.
• Post vacancies, source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offer processes.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment metrics.
• Support onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience.
• Participate in career fairs, networking events, and talent attraction initiatives as required.

Government Portals and Compliance

• Administer and maintain HR-related government portals, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
• Manage employment documentation, work permits, contract registrations, and Saudization-related requirements.

HR Systems and Process Improvement

• Maintain HRIS and ensure employee data integrity.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain HR procedures, workflows, and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and recruitment practices.
• Proficiency in HR systems.
• Ability to build effective relationships across an organization.
