About the Role:
The Inventory Specialist at MENAISCO plays a crucial role in managing the flow of goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient operations. As a key member of our team in Dammam, you will be responsible for tracking, receiving, storing, and distributing items while utilizing advanced software for data management and analysis.

Role Summary:
An Inventory Specialist is essential for maintaining seamless operations within our warehouse. Your key duties will include conducting physical counts, managing inventory records, and coordinating logistics to minimize discrepancies. You will also collaborate closely with customer and internal teams to optimize efficiency and meet demand.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and update records in the management system.
• Receiving & Storage: Inspect deliveries, sort, and store items efficiently.
• Distribution: Manage stock distribution to departments and process requisitions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records and analyze usage trends.
• Warehouse Operations: Plan space utilization and manage stock rotation.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like Oracle.
• Education Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
• Industry Background: Experience in the Oil & Gas sector preferred.
