Essential Responsibilities:
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and update records in the management system.
- Receiving & Storage: Inspect deliveries, sort, and store items efficiently.
- Distribution: Manage stock distribution to departments and process requisitions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and analyze usage trends.
- Warehouse Operations: Plan space utilization and manage stock rotation.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in inventory, supply chain, or warehouse roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems like Oracle.
- Education Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
- Industry Background: Experience in the Oil & Gas sector preferred.
Desirable Attributes:
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of logistics and inventory control principles.
- Commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies.
Other Requirements:
- Candidate must be located in the role country.
