We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee our purchasing operations. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials and services necessary for our company's success.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective purchases.
  • Source suppliers and maintain strong relationships for timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage purchasing budgets to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
  • Track and report key functional metrics to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
