We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Purchasing Specialist to lead our sourcing activities in Dammam, Eastern Province. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our procurement processes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sourcing activities for various spend categories, including office supplies and production raw materials.
  • Create regular reports for internal and external declarations.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure cost-effective and timely purchase requests.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers in line with WIKA’s values and procurement strategies.
  • Monitor market trends and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Track inventory and manage restocking processes efficiently.
Your Profile:
  • BS Degree from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong communication skills with a broad local vendor network.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Analytical and negotiation skills to manage vendor relations.
