We are seeking a dynamic Sales Consultant responsible for generating sales and providing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and facilitating the sales process. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets while building lasting relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly to ascertain their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, and pricing.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities.
  • Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
  • Prepare and present sales contracts, financing options, and other related documentation.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest information on vehicle models, features, pricing, and industry trends.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of different vehicles to assist them in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the National Sales Manager.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance selling skills.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and interactions.
  • Assist with showroom displays and promotional events.

Education: High School or Diploma preferred.

Experience: Minimum 3 years in a sales role in the automotive industry.

Required Competencies:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
  • Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
