Responsibilities:
  • Property Sales: Sell residential and commercial properties, conduct showings, and negotiate offers.
  • Understanding Client Requirements: Engage with clients to comprehend their real estate needs and provide advice on buying, selling, and investment.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads and maintain a strong professional network.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and property values to provide updated information to clients.
  • Managing Client Relationships: Build and maintain client trust and loyalty through regular contact and support.
  • Demonstration and Site Visits: Conduct property demonstrations and arrange site visits for clients.
  • Deal Closure: Facilitate timely closures of property deals, ensuring all documentation and processes are complete.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, particularly in the internet advertising industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM operation and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well in team environments and manage ambiguity.
